Pop-Up Picnics go hand-in-hand with birthdays, proposals, anniversaries, bridal showers, baby showers, and family gatherings. Great for the perfect “photo-op”.
Starting at $225 for two guests/2hrs. | +$35 for each additional guest.

Beginning at $225 for two guests. $35/guest thereafter (up to 20 guests).

Our pop-up picnics are crafted outdoors in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Choose a favorite local park for a surprise set-up, or enjoy your pop-up picnic in the comfort of a private residence (ex. a backyard, local winery, etc.).
However, we love to travel; exceptions for surrounding counties and other areas may be made at our discretion, considering distance, scheduling, and weather.

All picnics must be booked at least a week and a half in advance from the date of service. To lock in your date, we require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Final payments are due the day before your pop-up picnic.

In the event of unsuitable weather conditions (rain, wet/flooded/muddy grounds, excessive heat, wind storms, etc.) your booking will be rescheduled as soon as possible in regards to your availability as our pop-up picnics are held outdoors.
While we do not offer refunds, we do provide rescheduling for our services up to six months from your original service date (or within the next picnic season) a in the case of a simple change in weather.

Our food “Add-On” lets you place and pay for an order from your favorite local restaurant (available within 10 miles of your service site). We’ll arrange to have it ready at your pop-up picnic and save you the hassle of needing to pick it up and transport it beforehand.

If your pop-up picnic may require special accommodations (sensory-safe, age-specific, etc.), mention that in your inquiry. It’s our goal to make our picnics as accessible as possible, and we will work with you to make that happen.
