Perfect for glamping lounges, bridal suites, or unique reception spaces, this elegant tent features breathable, weather-resistant canvas and a stunning peaked design. Whether styled for a boho-chic lounge, a dreamy overnight stay, or a romantic hideaway, this tent adds a touch of adventure and luxury to any event.

    Rental Fee: $400 per day. This includes set-up and clean-up. Price adjustment if rented for multiple days.

How It Works:

  • Step 1: Inquiry & Booking

    • Clients submit an inquiry via our online booking form detailing event date, location, and décor needs.

    • A consultation may be scheduled to discuss design preferences and package options.

    • A rental agreement must be signed before confirming the order.

    Step 2: Payment & Deposits

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure rental items.

    • The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.

    • A security deposit (refundable upon item return in good condition) may be required.

    Step 3: Delivery, Setup & Pickup

    • Full-Service Option: Our team delivers, sets up, and dismantles rentals after the event.

    • Client Pickup Option: Select small rentals may be available for self-pickup.

    • Rentals must be returned by the agreed-upon deadline to avoid late fees.

  • Usage & Care

    • Items are for event use only and must be handled and used with care.

    • Open flames, food stains, and improper handling that cause damage will result in repair/replacement fees.

    • No alterations (e.g., painting, gluing, nails) are allowed without prior approval.

    Damage & Liability

    • Clients assume full responsibility and liability for rented items from delivery to pickup.

    • Missing or damaged items will incur a charge equal to the repair or replacement cost.

    Cancellations & Modifications

    • Cancellations 8 days or more before the event will receive a partial refund (excluding the deposit).

    • Changes to rental orders must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date.

    • Specific rentals cannot be used during inclement weather, including but not limited to excessive hot/cold temperatures, during rain/snow, on wet/damp or muddy ground, or during high winds (19mph+).

    • In the case of inclement weather on the day prior to or on the agreed rental date, clients will have the choice to receive either a partial refund (excluding the deposit), or the option to move their rental to a different day (with respect to previous schedule availability).

    • Custom styling requests (e.g., specific florals, custom signage, or branded décor) require additional lead time.

    • Specialty or high-demand items are subject to limited availability and early booking is encouraged.
